  • Financial services institutions increasingly need to transform critical elements of their businesses. BCG research and case work have revealed that success or failure in change projects ultimately comes down to four elements: the duration of the project or time between review milestones; the integrity of the team; the organizational commitment to change; and the additional effort required of staff members. A systematic analysis of these factors (referred to as 'DICE') can help institutions increase their chances of transformation success.
